What this site collects

This website is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and no third-party trackers. The only personal data it receives is what you type into a form and submit.

Contact and demo forms

When you submit the contact, demo request or newsletter form we collect the fields you complete — which may include your name, email address, organisation, phone number, message, preferred contact method and chosen communication channels — together with the date and time of submission.

Submissions are delivered by email to Bold Communications and are not stored in a database by this website.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts this site and processes the request, including your IP address, for delivery and abuse prevention.
• Resend delivers the notification email to Bold Communications.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data you have submitted, or withdraw your consent to being contacted, at any time. Email sales@boldcommunications.co.uk or write to Bold Communications, 27 Old Gloucester St, Holborn, London WC1N 3AX.
